Exchange and return of goods

If you want to return or exchange the purchased goods, please send the Seller information by email to martin@zampach.com, and attach a copy of the invoice. Please send the goods back to Seller properly packed against damage during transport. The costs associated with sending the claimed goods to Seller are on Buyer. Please write "return of goods" on the envelope. After receiving the returned goods, Seller will send back the corresponding amount by transfer to the account within 14 days from the date of our receipt of the returned goods. Return the goods new, complete, undamaged, without signs of wear, in the original packaging.
