ZIGZAG VASE, shape 01, was designed to push 3D printing beyond its usual role in prototyping, where the finish rarely matters much. Here, the layered surface FDM printing is often criticised for becomes a deliberate aesthetic choice, giving rise to the sloping, angular planes the ZIGZAG collection is known for.
Made from recyclable PLA, the vase has a removable glass tube inside that's easy to clean, suited to fresh flowers or dried ones.
Printed in Martin Žampach's Studio, Prague.

RECYCLED PLA - Polylactic acid, a biopolymer made from renewable sources.
GLASS - Glass tube from borosylicate like PYREX or SIMAX inside the vase.
PAPER - Packaging from corugated or pressed cardbord.
FDM/FFF – additive manufacturing method where materials are fused together layer by layer to create an object.
PLA changes shape at temperatures exceeding 50 °C and becomes soft. Clean with a wet cloth or under running water, not in the dishwasher. The printing can also cause irregularities in the surface structure. Do not keep exposed to direct sunlight. The object without a glass insert is not watertight.
Products are packed in fine cardboard box or tube. Inside box is 3D printed product,

Sizes 150, 200 and 300 mm are shipped within 2-3 days. Maximum of a week if the selected colour is not in stock. (any number of pieces)
Size 400 mm is shipped within two weeks. (marks for one piece)
Size 600 mm is shipped within a month. (marks for one piece)
